The mission of the Seychelles SPCA is to prevent cruelty to animals in Seychelles, to inspire animal welfare and responsible pet ownership so every animal receives the protection and care they deserve.

To improve the Welfare of Animals through Education, Leadership and Collaboration with Stakeholders and the provision of quality service.

 

SSPCA believes that all animals deserve the 5 Freedoms:
  • Freedom from hunger and thirst
  • Freedom from discomfort
  • Freedom from pain, injury and disease
  • Freedom to express normal behavior
  • Freedom from fear and distress

Help Reduce The Stray Population in Seychelles

Sterilize your dogs and cats!

The SSPCA vets will sterilize dogs and cats from the
age of 6 months however it is advisable to book long
before this as waiting lists are long!

SSPCA actively promotes the following services:

  • Sterilization of animals to prevent over population
  • Vaccination of animals to prevent the spread of disease
  • Welfare and nourishment of animals to prevent starvation
